Travel recommendation

Great concerts are taking place in Deutsch Bank Park from 11 July to 10 August.
We have compiled helpful information and services for these events on this page.


 

 

Travelling by bus and train

Pay attention to the information on your admission ticket! For most events: admission ticket = ticket! The RMV-KombiTicket is valid for your outward and return journey within the RMV network area in 2nd class, five hours before the start of the event until closing time.

Sufficient public transport will be available. Additional trains, trams and buses will run to and from Deutsche Bank Park from around three hours before the start of the event. The timetables will be posted and are available in the RMV timetable information centre at www.rmv.de. Please also pay attention to announcements on the platforms!

The RMV service telephone on 069 / 24 24 80 24, which is available around the clock, also provides information on the best travel options.

Here is the additional train offer for the Roland Kaiser concerts on 20 July , at Deutsche Bank Park Frankfurt there is an extended train offer:

S-Bahn:
- The S-Bahn trains run with more carriages 
- Additional S-Bahn trains will run between Frankfurt main station and the stadium before and after the concert.

Regional trains:
- Trains on the RB58 line (Laufach - Rüsselsheim) will also stop at Frankfurt Stadion station before the concert. This is not possible after the concert due to construction work.

Due to the general refurbishment of the Riedbahn from 15.07., the RE70 and S7 lines will run as rail replacement services. The timetables can be found in the timetable information.

Travelling by car

If you are arriving by car, you can expect heavy traffic around the stadium. There is only a very limited number of parking spaces available. Again, please allow extra time for your arrival and departure. Please do not use navigation devices for your journey in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, but follow the signs to the parking lots. Please also pay attention to traffic information on the radio or to the police!

If you have a parking ticket for the underground car park, follow the signs “P only with authorization” or “P permit”.

PreBooking - additional parking space offer

You have the option of booking a parking space online in advance. This way you can travel to the concert relaxed and stress-free.

The following “PreBooking parking spaces” are available:
 

  • Parkhaus Aculeum APCOA (Hahnstraße 43, 60528 Frankfurt a. M.). You can reach the parking garage via the A5 from the north and south via the F-Niederrad exit and then follow the signs “P-Parking Garage PreB. A” or ‘P-Parking Garage PreBooking A’! The walk to Deutsche Bank Park takes 15 to 20 minutes, the route is signposted. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 (in the direction of Wiesbaden) from “Niederrad” station to “Stadion” station (only one stop) and walk from there to the stadium.
  • Parkhaus „Sandhofstraße“ (Sandhofstraße 1, 60950 Frankfurt a. M.). You can reach the parking garage from the south and north via the A5 exit Frankfurt-Niederrad - Schwanheimer Ufer - Niederräder Ufer - Deutschordenstraße. Follow the signs “P-Parking Garage PreB. S” or ‘P-Parking Garage PreBooking S’! Use your combined ticket to take streetcar lines 21 + 20 from the “Heinrich-Hoffmann-Straße / Blutspendedienst” stop to the stadium (journey time: seven minutes).  
  • Parkplatz Isenburger Schneise. You can reach the parking lot from the east and west via the “temporary exits” on the A3 between Frankfurter Kreuz and Offenbacher Kreuz. Please follow the signs “P-Parking lot PreB. I” or ‘P-Parking lot PreBooking I’! The walk to Deutsche Bank Park is signposted and takes approx. 20 to 25 minutes.

Important: The PreBooking offer cannot be purchased on site. If you use the parking garages without a pre-booked parking ticket, you will be charged the regular parking garage rate (which may differ significantly). A parking space cannot then be guaranteed.

No PreBooking parking ticket?

No problem, public parking spaces are available at Frankfurt Airport in The Squaire parking garage (B 43, 60549 Frankfurt a. M.). You can reach the parking garage via the A5 from the north and south via the F-Niederrad exit. On the A3 freeway and the B43 federal highway, follow the signs to the airport. In the parking garage, follow the footpath signs to the regional train station. The S8 and S9 S-Bahn trains take you to the Stadion S-Bahn station in just five minutes!

You will find further parking facilities in the Lyoner Quartier.  The WISAG parking garage (Herriotstraße 3, 60528 Frankfurt am Main) and the Lyonerstraße parking garage (Lyonerstraße 25-27, 60528 Frankfurt am Main). You can reach the parking garage via the A5 from the north and south via the F-Niederrad exit. The walk to Deutsche Bank Park takes approx. 15 to 20 minutes, the route is signposted. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 (towards Wiesbaden) from “Niederrad” station to “Stadion” station (journey time: 1 stop) and walk to the stadium from there.


Kiss + Ride

An the occasion of the concerts, the possibility to drop off or pick up people in the forest car park will be set up in the immediate vicinity of Deutsche Bank Park. The Kiss+Ride car park (pick-up and drop-off area) can be reached via the B43/north roundabout towards the city centre; follow the signs and the instructions of the police and stewards on site. It is not possible to drive into the car park, only to stop briefly to continue your journey. Visitors can access the stadium site via entrance E3 or return to the forest car park via exit E3.

Travelling with electric scooters

Barrier-free access to the stadium

In the immediate vicinity of the stadium in the area of entrances E4/E5 (winter sports hall) there are 8 permanent disabled parking spaces and 26 temporary parking spaces for events.

Park & Ride spaces

Why not combine local transport with your journey in your own car or combine your visit to the stadium with a visit to Frankfurt's Old Town?

  • If you are travelling from outside the city, we recommend the use of Park&Ride spaces, information is available at www.pundr.hessen.de
  • Use the public car parks in the city centre or near Frankfurt Central Station. Follow the car park guidance system to car park area B! All car parks at a glance, hier geht es zur Karte.

Please note that the "P+R-Platz Stadion" is not available.


Travelling by bike

Why not cycle to the stadium in comfort? There are numerous cycle paths to reach Deutsche Bank Park. Travelling by taxi

During the event, a taxi rank will be available at P9 next to entrance E2 (Altes Radstadion). This is located on Mörfelder Landstraße just behind the Stadionbad.

Isenburger Schneise car park (Isenburger Schneise 60598 Frankfurt a. M.)
The Isenburger Schneise car park is located in the immediate vicinity of the Arena Frankfurt. The car park is signposted "Prebooking I / PreB I". The walk to Deutsche Bank Park takes approx. 20 - 25 minutes, the route is signposted. Show in map


Sandhofstraße multi-storey car park (Sandhofstr., 60950 Frankfurt /M.)
Parking spaces are available in the Sandhofstraße multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity of the Arena Frankfurt. You can reach the multi-storey car park via the A5 Niederrad exit and via Kennedyallee out of town. The multi-storey car park is signposted "Prebooking S / PreB. S" signs. The walk to Deutsche Bank Park takes approx. 25 to 30 minutes, the route is signposted. Use your combined ticket to take tram lines 21 + 20 from the "Heinrich-Hoffmann-Straße / Blutspendedienst" stop to the stadium (journey time: approx. seven minutes).  Show in map


Aculeum multi-storey car park ​​​​​(Hahnstraße 43, 60528 Frankfurt a. M.)
Parking spaces are available in the Aculeum multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity of the Arena Frankfurt. You can reach the multi-storey car park via the A5 motorway from the north and south via the "Frankfurt-Niederrad" exit. The car park is signposted "Prebooking A / PreB A". The walk to Deutsche Bank Park takes approx. 15 to 20 minutes, the route is signposted. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 (towards Wiesbaden) from "Niederrad" station to "Stadion" station (only one stop) and walk from there to the stadium.
